A Message to Customers

Hey, I wanted to take a moment to reach out directly to everyone who's ordered and is waiting on their Saiyan Boots.

I know the wait has been longer than expected, and I'm genuinely sorry for that. If you're frustrated, you have every right to be. I didn't expect to sell out this quickly either, and honestly, it caught me off guard in the best way possible. But I also know it's not fun to wait.

Here's what happened:

When I launched these boots, I thought I had enough stock to move steadily. Instead, the response was incredible. Orders came in so much faster than I anticipated, and I found myself scrambling to catch up. As a solo operation, I'm managing everything, fulfillment, customer service, shipping coordination, product quality control, all on my own.

I want to be real with you: there's no warehouse backing me up. There's no team to divide the workload. It's just me, working every single day to get your orders out the door.

Where we're at now:

I want you to know this is real. Your order exists. It's being prepared. And the boots themselves? They look amazing. When I look at these in person, the detail is insane. The color accuracy, the stitching, the overall quality, it exceeded my own expectations. You picked a winner.

As a solo operator, I'm handling everything myself, fulfillment, quality checks, shipping coordination. That means it's slower than a warehouse operation, but it also means I care about every single order that goes out. There's no middle man. There's no "good enough." It's just me making sure your experience is solid.

What you need to know:

Your order is coming. Not "maybe" or "hopefully", it IS coming, and it's coming soon. Watch your email for a shipping notification. That's when you know it's on its way to you. 

When it arrives, you're going to understand why the wait was worth it. These slippers are genuinely fire.

What I'm asking from you:

All I need right now is patience. I know it's been frustrating, but I promise you're getting your order. And when it arrives, I think you're going to be happy with what you got. I'm betting on that.

This is a difficult time as a one-man operation, but I'm committed to getting through this the right way; with quality, with integrity, and with everyone's orders fulfilled.
