REFUND & RETURN POLICY
MADE-TO-ORDER = FINAL SALE
All Saiyan Boots products are custom-made to order. Because each pair is hand-crafted specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing errors, or color preferences.
However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.
REFUND ELIGIBLE (What We'll Refund)
Refunds are available ONLY in the following cases:
✓ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your slippers arrive with manufacturing defects (torn seams, material flaws, structural issues, or quality problems that affect wearability), you qualify for a full refund. Please provide photos of the damage.
✓ QUALITY DEFECTS
If the product doesn't match our stated quality standards or the photos on our website, we will refund you in full.
✓ CANCELLATION BEFORE PRODUCTION
If you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 1-3 business days of placing your order, before production begins. After production has started, no refunds are available.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND (What We Don't Refund)
✗ Change of mind or buyer's remorse
✗ Color looks different in person (made-to-order products carry this risk; all photos are accurate)
✗ Sizing errors caused by the customer (you chose the size at checkout)
✗ Personal preference or fit issues
✗ Refunds after production has started
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG (Free Replacements)
We want you to be happy. Here's how we handle common issues:
WRONG SIZE ORDERED?
If you ordered the wrong size, you must request a size change within 1-3 business days of placing your order, before production begins. We will change the size at no additional cost. After production has started, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for sizes ordered incorrectly by the customer. Please double-check your size before completing your purchase.
LOST IN TRANSIT?
If your package never arrives, we will send you a replacement pair for free. No extra charge. We take care of it.
ARRIVED DAMAGED (NOT from defects)?
If damage occurred during shipping (not due to manufacturing), we will send a replacement for free.
For cancellation requests: Email within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Cancellation requests after production has started will not be accepted.
REFUND TIMELINE
Once approved:
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• The refund will appear in your original payment method
• Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to show in your account
